About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Technical Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications primarily using Java and modern Java technologies, while also possessing solid exposure to .NET technologies to support and collaborate across hybrid technology landscapes.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, DevOps, QA, and project managers to define technical solutions, establish best practices, and drive successful delivery of enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Define technical architecture, APIs, integrations, and cloud-native deployment models.
Lead architecture reviews, technology decisions, and application modernization initiatives.




Mentor development teams and establish coding standards and best practices.
Design and optimize REST APIs, event-driven systems, and distributed applications.
Develop and optimize database solutions using SQL Server and MySQL.
Provide technical guidance for applications built on .NET Core/.NET where required.
Drive DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud adoption initiatives.
Collaborate with business and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable technology solutions.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in:
Java 11/17/21
Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Security
Microservices Architecture
RESTful APIs and Enterprise Integration
Experience with:
SQL Server, MySQL
Hibernate/JPA
Messaging technologies (Kafka/RabbitMQ) is a plus
Exposure to:
.NET Core / .NET 6/7/8, C#, ASP.NET Core
Azure, AWS, or GCP
Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
Strong understanding of:
Enterprise Archite
