Performance Marketing – Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid media campaigns.




Drive high-performing lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns focused on conversions and measurable business outcomes.
Manage Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Remarketing, Retargeting, and Lead Generation campaigns across multiple industries and sectors.
Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, and conversion rates.
Develop audience strategies including targeting, segmentation, lookalike audiences, retargeting, and remarketing to maximize campaign efficiency.
Manage campaign budgets, conduct A/B testing, and scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability and ROI.
Develop and optimize ad copies, creatives, landing pages, conversion funnels, pixels, UTM parameters, and tracking frameworks.
Analyze campaign and audience data using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other analytics tools.
