About the Role
Peppy is looking for a Copywriter who can write across every consumer touchpoint- from high-converting Meta ads to product packaging.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both brand communication and performance marketing. You'll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop copy that grabs attention, builds the brand, and drives action.

Key Responsibilities
Write scripts for:
Meta performance ads
UGC content
Social media reels and videos
Develop hooks, concepts, and storylines for campaigns
Write copy for:
Website and landing pages
Product packaging and inserts
WhatsApp campaigns
Emailers and notifications
Event communication
Product launches
Social media captions and on-screen text
Adapt messaging across different platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice
Brainstorm campaign ideas with the creative and marketing teams
Continuously improve copy based on performance insights and feedback
Requirements
Excellent written communication skills
Strong understanding of short-form content and social media
Ability to write concise, engaging, and conversion-focused copy
Understanding of audience psychology and consumer behaviour
Ability to switch between brand storytelling and performance-driven writing
