Job Description




The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for critical financial and quantitative aspects of construction projects. This role demands precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining project integrity.
Execute meticulous quantification from drawings, design information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Conduct thorough verification of quantities provided by Engineers or Suppliers to maintain project accuracy.
Diligently obtain and analyse quotations and pricing from suppliers and vendors to support cost-effective decision-making.
Develop and structure comprehensive estimates, bills of quantities, and bills of materials with utmost precision.
Perform in-depth rate analysis to ensure competitive and realistic project costing.
Implement and maintain robust project WBS structures to effectively track and control cost information.
Establish, set, and rigorously track project baseline budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility
