Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations for the Accessories, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and controls.
Perform monthly revenue, collection, and transaction reconciliations, ensuring timely closure and accuracy of financial records.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end book closure activities, including preparation of schedules and financial analysis.
Monitor and control contribution analysis on periodic basis.
Monitor receivables, customer collections, payment reconciliations, and exception management for retail and digital business channels.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and preparation of management reports to support business decision-making.
Coordinate with business, operations, digital commerce, and shared service teams to ensure smooth financial processes and issue resolution.
Support statutory, internal, and process audits by preparing required documentation, schedules, and reconciliations.
Assist in financial control activities, including review of transactions,



process compliance, and implementation of control improvements.
Perform Revenue Analysis of the ChargeIn business and support for the overall accounting control for ChargeIn business.
Validation of Invoices of Powerol for Home Charger Installation o behalf of MEAL.
Support BEV warranty accounting, Battery Repair Centre (BRC) operations, and other emerging business initiatives as required.
Drive process automation, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Experience
1 or 2 yrs. experience with Excel /SAP knowledgeQualifications
