Your Profile
Drive new business and grow revenue for LT motors across industrial sectors in Western UP and adjoining regions. Manage end-to-end sales cycle — prospecting,



technical solutioning with application support, quoting, negotiation, order closure, and post-sale coordination with service/technical teams. Build/strengthen relationships with End Users, OEMs, distributors and project contractors.
Key responsibilities:

Responsible for achieving the assigned order income target for LV Motors
Plan, develop and achieve business targets in End Users, EPC & OEM segments.

Order acquisition from Direct / Indirect customers (through Channel Partners) in the assigned region.

Account management: manage and grow strategic accounts; maintain regular contact, perform site visits, and conduct technical discussions.
Should be able to identify current business opportunities from new markets & segments.
Systematic sales approach, support CRM process and ensure the Data Quality, market transparency .
Effective account management of Top Retention and Conversion Customers.
