? Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support Infor Expense Management solutions.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
Configure expense policies, workflows, approval processes, and reimbursement rules.
Integrate Infor Expense Management with ERP and other enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot application and integration issues and provide timely resolutions.
Support testing activities, including SIT and UAT.
Work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical teams.
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user documentation.
Participate in production support, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong hands-on experience with Infor Expense Management.
Experience with expense management processes and workflows.
Valuable understanding of configuration, integrations, and application support.
Experience working with enterprise ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
⭐ Good to Have
Experience with Infor ERP.
Knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
SQL knowledge.
Experience with cloud-based enterprise applications.
Exposure to implementation and migration projects.
