We Want You

In this role, you design and deliver civil and structural solutions for substation projects. You work on high-voltage infrastructure up to 220 kV and above. Your daily work includes:

Performing detailed structural design of substation structures using STAAD.Pro.
Developing civil designs for equipment foundations, control buildings, and support structures.
Preparing structural drawings, design calculations, and technical specifications.
Reviewing and validating designs from internal teams and external vendors.
Ensuring all designs meet applicable codes and industry standards.
Designing foundations for substation structures,



including pile-type and conventional options.
Leading a team of engineers on civil design deliverables.
Coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams across different engineering areas.
Representing Tractebel in technical discussions with clients.
Providing expert guidance on substation structural design matters.

You bring structure, precision, and leadership to every project you touch.

Who Are You

You are an experienced civil engineer with a strong background in substation design. You combine technical knowledge with clear communication and team leadership. You bring:

A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. A Master's Degree in Civil, Structural, or Energy Studies is preferred.
At least five years of experience in civil and structural design of substations.
Robust working knowledge of STAAD.Pro for structural analysis and design.
Familiarity with design codes such as IS, BS, or IEC stan
