Position: Project Director

Responsibilities:
The Project Director will have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of Third-Party Inspection (TPI) services for large-scale infrastructure projects.
The role will provide strategic leadership, technical governance, client management, resource planning, quality oversight, commercial control and risk management across multiple inspection packages and project locations.
The Project Director will act as the senior interface between the TIC organization, client, project management consultant (PMC), EPC contractors, consultants, vendors and other project stakeholders, ensuring that inspection activities are delivered in accordance with approved specifications, drawings, codes, standards, inspection and test plans (ITPs), contractual requirements and applicable statutory requirements.

Project Leadership and Governance
Provide overall leadership for the TPI assignment from mobilization through project completion.
Establish project governance, organization structure, reporting mechanisms and communication protocols.




Develop and implement the overall TPI Project Execution Plan.
Ensure effective coordination between civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and specialist inspection teams.
Establish inspection priorities based on project schedule, criticality and risk.
Monitor overall project performance against agreed scope, schedule, quality and commercial objectives.
Ensure consistent implementation of inspection procedures across multiple project packages and locations.

Client & Stakeholder Management
Maintain robust relationships with client leadership and project management teams.
Participate in project steering committee and management review meetings.
Present project quality and inspection performance to senior management.
Understand client expectations and translate them into operational requirements.
Resolve escalated technical and operational issues.
