Key Responsibilities
Review the Bid doc / Contract doc from Client and prepare the major technical requirement.
Prepare & issue Technical Clarification to Client
Review the Technical submission from Vendors.
Review the Deviation list.
Review Electrical UPS related drawings.
Co-ordinate with Client & follow up day to day technical activities.
Attending weekly meetings with Client.
Prepare & submit Progress report.
Other related activities allocated by reporting officer.
Coordinate with other disciplines and provide electrical technical support wherever required and necessary (to Service team, Electrical Bulk Material team etc).
Closely work with team and extend the support wherever required.
Participate in Engineering Review Meetings with team & reporting officer.
Ensure that all UPS related deliverables are comply as per Client requirements like format, technical content etc
Develop Electrical Discipline Corporate Standards & Procedures,



Standard Templates – Guided by reporting officer or other team members.
Meet the project schedule without any delays.
Follow the safety standards in the working place.
Meet HOD, Lead and Management expectations completely.

Key Deliverables
Battery Sizing Calculation
Battery Rack Sizing Calculation
Battery Room Ventilation requirements
UPS related drawings like Single Line Diagrams, GA etc
Battery system related drawings like Battery sizing calculation, GA, layout, Battery rack drawings etc
Corporate Electrical Standards and Procedures
Review all UPS interface drawings.
Have basic knowledge UPS system

Technical Competencies
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience in Electrical Batteries, UPS, Switch gear, Transformers, Emergency DG Design review, Client coordination etc.
Software competencies MS office, AutoCAD
