About the Role
Zivaya is a chain of luxury wellness outlets at major chains of hotels, palaces, airports and lounges across India. We offer premium therapies, beauty, spa & hair treatments.

The role involves engaging with passengers, promoting our services, understanding their needs, and converting conversations into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Approach and engage with passengers professionally.
Promote and explain Zivaya Wellness services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
Convert customer interactions into successful sales.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain a qualified, well-groomed, and presentable appearance.
Deliver an excellent customer experience.
Handle customer queries confidently and professionally.
Coordinate with the outlet team for smooth operations.




Maintain basic sales and customer interaction reports.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong confidence and convincing ability.
Passion for sales and customer interaction.
Well-groomed and presentable personality.
Positive, energetic, and target-oriented approach.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced airport environment.
Experience in sales, hospitality, aviation, retail, luxury, or wellness will be preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and confidence can also apply.
Working Hours: 24×7 outlet operations | Rotational shifts as per business requirements
