What you'll do
Execute VAT and Intrastat return preparation for multiple entities, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Perform regular reconciliations of VAT general ledger accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Post adjustment journal entries during month-end to maintain accurate financial statements.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance VAT reporting and compliance efficiency.
Support VAT audits by preparing documentation and coordinating responses with internal and external teams.
Performance
You will own the accuracy and timeliness of VAT compliance, contributing to flawless financial reporting and risk management. Your data-driven approach will help reduce discrepancies and improve process efficiency, supporting the business’s growth and operational excellence. Your role is key to maintaining strong governance and enabling confident decision-making across finance and tax functions.

You will collaborate closely with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and local finance and tax teams, fostering alignment and accountability across functions.
