Job Description We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer with a strong UI
and front-end engineering background to join our Employee Financial Solutions
GPT organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who brings
deep expertise in building up-to-date, scalable, and intuitive web applications
using Angular, React, TypeScript, and related front-end frameworks, while also
contributing effectively across backend services and APIs. The role will help
drive front-end architecture, AI-assisted engineering adoption, reusable
platform standards, and end-to-end delivery of secure, high-quality enterprise
applications. Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership and direction to
engineering teams, contractors, and vendors across front-end and full stack
delivery Lead the design and development of responsive, scalable, and
high-quality web applications with strong emphasis on UI architecture,
usability, performance, and maintainability Build and maintain reusable
front-end components, shared libraries, design patterns, and platform standards




across teams Develop secure, maintainable, and high-quality code across both
front-end and backend layers Partner with product, UX, and backend engineering
teams to translate business requirements into intuitive and scalable technical
solutions Drive architecture and design decisions covering component design,
state management, API integration patterns, reusable UI frameworks, performance
optimization, and scalable front-end application structure Lead adoption of
AI-driven front-end development practices to improve developer productivity, UI
quality, test coverage, and release speed Define and govern best practices for
using AI-assisted engineering tools in front-end workflows, including code
generation, refactoring, unit test creation, accessibility improvements,
documentation, and troubleshooting Establish validation standards for
