Job Summary:
As an Engineering Team Leader, you will play a critical role in powering our new product and technology development processes. You’ll own the stability, accuracy, and continuous improvement of the digital tools and data that teams across the business rely on every day. Acting as the central connector between systems, data, and people, you will help identify and close process gaps, resolve system issues, and ensure information flows seamlessly across global teams. Your work will directly enable faster, more confident decision‑making,



reduce operational risk, and accelerate program readiness. What You Will Do:
Own and enhance the digital tools that power new product and technology development—helping teams work smarter, faster, and more confidently.
Solve problems and remove roadblocks by troubleshooting system issues, improving data quality, and guiding users through questions.
Manage secure access and data governance, ensuring the right people have the right information at the right time.
Collaborate with global partners and IT development teams to define requirements, direct technical improvements, test current features, and ensure tools evolve to meet business needs
