We are looking for a Junior Accountant & Administration Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our team immediately. Candidates with relevant accounting and administrative experience and who can join at short notice will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and supporting documents.
Record purchase, sales, receipt, and payment transactions accurately.
Prepare and maintain petty cash expense statements.
Coordinate with Bank for employee salary account activation for new joiners.
Follow up on outstanding receivables and payments.
Assist with bank reconciliations and review bank transactions.
Support GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory compliance activities.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and MIS reports.

Administration

Handle daily office administration activities.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office suppliers.
Manage office purchases, stationery, and other general requirements.
Assist with travel, accommodation,



and administrative arrangements.
Ensure proper maintenance of office documents and records.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
Experience in Zoho Books or similar accounting software is preferred.
Basic understanding of GST and TDS regulations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience

B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting and administration.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
