Requirements

QUALIFICATION & SKILL SET




2-4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition.
Responsible for overseeing talent acquisition.
Familiar with social media, C.V. Databases, and professional networks
Full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources management.
