Job Description

Project Coordination & Management:

Plan, execute, and monitor content projects from initiation to delivery.
Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, and quality standards.

Content Writing & Editing

Create, review, and edit SEO-optimized, engaging content for blogs, articles, websites, and social media.
Ensure content aligns with brand voice, tone, and client guidelines.

Client Communication

Act as a point of contact for US clients, providing regular project updates.
Address client feedback and implement revisions promptly.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines,



deliverables, and revisions.
Generate and present progress reports to internal teams and clients.

Quality Control

Conduct thorough proofreading and quality checks to ensure error-free content.
Ensure consistent messaging, accuracy, and adherence to content standards.

Collaboration & Improvement

Identify process improvement opportunities and optimize content workflows.
Work closely with the content and marketing teams to align project goals with business objectives.

Technical Skills

4-6 years of experience in content writing, editing, and project management.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
Solid SEO knowledge and experience with content optimization strategies.
