Firefly is an industrial IoT and resource monitoring platform — cloud native contemporary SCADA-style visibility, at a fraction of the conventional cost. We service primarily industrial plants to monitor and direct their processess. The applications can expand to hotels, and institutions measure and visualize energy, water, air quality, noise, and machinery/process parameters in real time, so they can catch problems early, cut waste, and stay compliant — without the price tag of legacy monitoring systems.

This is a ground-floor sales opportunity with a product that already has paying customers and proven technology.

The Role
We're looking for a Sales Engineer who understands industrial sensors and instrumentation and who already has relationships in the chemical and pharmaceutical process industries. You won't be starting from zero — you'll be opening doors you already have some access to, and building Firefly's presence in a sector where compliance, safety, and process consistency matter enormously.

This is a hands-on, relationship-driven sales role, not a call-center sales job. You'll be talking to and working with plant managers, ESG/sustainability heads, and compliance leads to document their processes and provide a complete working solution. These clients need to trust both the technology and the person selling it.
