RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of C&I; systems
across plant operations.
* Manage PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI, and industrial automation systems.
* Develop and review control philosophies, loop diagrams, logic diagrams, and
instrumentation specifications.
* Ensure calibration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of field
instruments.
* Monitor plant automation performance and implement improvement initiatives.
* Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Utilities, and Production teams
during projects and shutdowns.
* Lead FAT, SAT, commissioning, and performance testing activities.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and quality
procedures.
* Manage vendors, contractors,



and AMC service providers for automation
systems.
* Support digitalization, Industry 4.0 initiatives, and process optimization
projects.
* Analyze instrumentation failures and drive RCA and corrective actions.
* Mentor engineers and technicians for capability enhancement.

QUALIFICATIONS

B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical & Instrumentation, or
related discipline
8-12 years of experience in C&I; engineering, industrial automation,
manufacturing, power, process, or renewable energy industries..
