Job Purpose

Acuity Analytics is seeking an experienced Data Cloud & MuleSoft Engineer to support enterprise scale Salesforce transformation programs involving data migration, system integration, and customer data consolidation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing integrations between Salesforce, DealCloud, and other enterprise applications using MuleSoft. The role will also support Salesforce Data Cloud initiatives involving customer data unification, identity resolution, segmentation, and analytics enablement.

This position requires solid hands-on experience in API-led connectivity, ETL/migration activities, data mapping, transformation logic, and integration architecture. The engineer will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce architects, data teams, and external clients to ensure successful migration and integration outcomes.

The role is particularly suited for candidates who have delivered CRM migration programs and are comfortable working across data, middleware, and Salesforce ecosystems.





Key Responsibilities

Data Migration & Data Cloud

Design and execute data migration strategies from legacy platforms such as DealCloud, CRM systems, databases, and spreadsheets into Salesforce.
Support customer data consolidation initiatives using Salesforce Data Cloud.
Build and manage data ingestion pipelines from multiple internal and external systems.
Configure Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Calculated Insights, and Identity Resolution rules.
Perform data profiling, cleansing, deduplication, and transformation activities.
Define source-to-target mappings and data reconciliation processes.
Support business stakeholders in validating migrated data and ensuring data quality.

MuleSoft Integration

Design, develop, and deploy MuleSoft APIs and integrations following API-led connectivity principles.
Build System APIs, Process APIs, and Experience APIs.
Develop integrations between Salesf
