Purpose of the Role
The Human Resource Operations Executive is responsible for managing and delivering effective HR operational services across the employee lifecycle. This includes recruitment administration, onboarding, employee data management, HRIS administration, employee confirmations, attendance and leave management, employee separation processes, vendor coordination, and HR reporting.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Administration & Onboarding
Conduct reference checks for selected candidates prior to joining.
Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure completion of employee documentation.
Prepare and issue appointment letters and other employment-related documents.




Share monthly MIS reports with HR Business Partners and follow up on employment due diligence activities.
Coordinate opening of salary bank accounts for newly hired employees.
Support Compensation & Advantages (C&B;) projects and HR process improvement initiatives.
Update and implement HR procedures, protocols, and work instructions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
Prepare and issue employee lifecycle-related documentation, including:
Confirmation Letters, Promotion Letters, Experience Letters, Relieving Letters, Transfer Letters, Re-designation Letters and other HR-related communications.
Maintain employee records and personnel files in accordance with company requirements.
Ensure complete accuracy, confidentiality, integrity, and security of employee data.
Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
