You will also manage administrative tasks, such as scheduling, inventory control, and budgeting, while collaborating with other departments to promote spa services. Additionally, you will ensure all treatments meet health and safety regulations, and you will drive marketing efforts to boost guest engagement and revenue. As a Spa Manager / Spa Assistant Manager / Spa Supervisor / Spa Team Leader, you’re not just overseeing daily spa operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
Oversee daily spa operations: Manage guest service,



product quality, inventory, systems, and departmental budgets to ensure smooth and effective spa performance
Maximize revenue opportunities: Develop spa menus and implement marketing and merchandising strategies to support revenue growth and enhance the guest experience
Maintain spa facilities: Ensure spa areas and equipment are well-maintained, clean, and in excellent working order
Enhance guest satisfaction: Monitor service trends, respond to feedback, and implement improvements to elevate the overall spa experience
Inspire and develop the team: Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide career development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, engage, and retain a high-performing team
Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
