We are currently seeking a high calibre qualified to join our team as an Assistant Relationship Manager, Global Network Banking, India. Based in Mumbai.
Principal Responsibilities
Business generation oriented approach to assist HSBC attain its growth. Recognize and escalate business and cross sell opportunities to the RMs and work with the RM in converting the opportunities.
Ensure implementation of all audit and regulatory recommendations.
Ensure top notch Housekeeping of clients wrt to timely RMT closures.
Liaise with various internal departments (Risk, credit operations, Global Payments solutions, Global Trade Solutions) and ensure efficient servicing of corporate customers.
Ensure timely compliance with all regulatory/internal compliances, legal, financial crime compliance requirements for the portfolio. Co-ordinate with various stakeholders for ensuring account operations, opening and KYC remediation’s are completed on time.
Collation of various MIS as per requirement from time to time.
Prepare quality, creditworthy new and review business proposals within agreed deadlines for submission to the approval authorities and manage the approval and documentation process end to end.
Co-ordinate with clients for financial information, security documentation, and for any other day to day operations related matters.
