Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Manager role based in Jammu. The Social Media Marketing Manager will plan, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement for RSM US FOUNDATION. Daily responsibilities include creating and scheduling posts, optimizing content for each channel, monitoring performance metrics, and responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.



The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align social media initiatives with broader marketing and communication strategies, preparing regular performance reports, and adjusting campaigns based on data insights. The Social Media Marketing Manager will also stay current with trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing to ensure content remains effective and compliant with organizational guidelines.
