NeXHS Renewables is looking for a hands-on Senior Drone Engineer with strong experience in UAV development, system integration, autonomous flight, payload integration, flight testing and UAV certification.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop, assemble, integrate, calibrate and optimize UAV platforms and subsystems
• Conduct ground, load, endurance and flight testing
• Configure, tune and validate flight controllers using PX4 & ArduPilot
• Plan and execute autonomous missions using Mission Planner & QGroundControl
• Integrate payloads including RGB, Thermal, LiDAR, RTK and industrial inspection sensors
• Troubleshoot UAV hardware, communication and system-level issues
• Support DGCA Type Certification, compliance and certification activities
• Prepare SOPs, test reports,



validation reports and technical documentation
• Support UAV deployment, field operations and continuous system improvement

? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education:
B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, ECE, Mechatronics, Robotics or a related engineering discipline.
Experience & Technical Skills:
✅ 5+ years of experience in UAV development, system integration, flight testing and drone operations
✅ Hands-on expertise with Pixhawk, PX4 & ArduPilot
✅ Solid experience with Mission Planner & QGroundControl
✅ Experience in autonomous flight, waypoint missions, sensor calibration and system tuning
✅ Hands-on experience in UAV hardware troubleshooting and payload integration
✅ Knowledge of MAVLink, telemetry systems and UAV communication architecture
✅ Knowledge of DGCA Drone Rules 2021, Type Certification & NPNT compliance
✅ Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving sk
