succeed and grow in this role:

* Education: Engineering Degree.
* Experience: 5 to 10 years in manufacturing process engineering, design
validation of Jigs & Fixtures, methods engineering, PFMEA, Time Study, Method
Study, and Process documentation.
* Understanding of NPI Stage-Gate processes (APQP is a must).
* Knowledge of general assembly processes, electrical equipment assembly.




* Familiarity with design for manufacturing/assembly (DFM/DFA) and GD&T;
(Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
* A background in lean manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma tools.
* Experience with CAD and PLM tools (e.g., CATIA, DELMIA) and ERP systems
(e.g., SAP).
* Proficiency in quality standards, EHS requirements, and ergonomics.
* Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
