Role Description This is a full-time Agency Manager role based in Cuttack with a hybrid work arrangement,



combining on-site responsibilities with some work-from-home flexibility. The Agency Manager is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing a high-performing team of insurance advisors and agents to drive sales of Care Insurance products. Daily responsibilities include setting sales targets, guiding agents on products and solutions, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies. The role involves conducting regular training sessions, joint field visits, and client meetings to support agents in prospecting, selling, and closing business. The Agency Manager also collaborates with internal teams for marketing support, service issue resolution, and reporting, while maintaining robust relationships with customers and local market stakeholders.

Proven experience in agency management, sales leadership, or team handling within insurance, financial services, or related sectors.
