Role Description This is a full time hybrid tele callers role based in Bengaluru, with some flexibility for work from home. The tele caller will engage with prospective learners and client organizations via phone,



explaining EkasCloud’s training and consulting offerings, clarifying program details, and answering inquiries. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, maintaining call logs and CRM records, and following up on leads to support conversions and enrollment. The role involves understanding customer needs, sharing relevant program information, scheduling consultations or demos, and coordinating with the sales and training teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Tele callers are expected to meet calling and follow-up targets while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach in every interaction.
