Role Description The Investment Consultant role at VN Realty India is a full time, on-site position based in Lansdowne.



The Investment Consultant will advise clients on suitable real estate investment options, conduct financial and investment needs assessments, and present tailored property solutions that align with clients’ wealth-building goals. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, explaining project details, conducting site visits, preparing investment proposals, and supporting clients through the decision-making and documentation process. The role also involves maintaining ongoing client relationships, tracking market trends in North India’s real estate corridors, and collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer experience.
