Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and agile Executive Assistant to join our founders' office. This role is pivotal in supporting our founding team by shadowing the founder in strategic decision-making processes and facilitating extensive networking opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Support:Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans by providing research, analysis, and administrative support.
Participate in strategic meetings, take detailed notes,



and follow up on action items.
Conduct industry analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Networking and Relationship Management:Accompany the founder to various business meetings, conferences, and networking events both domestically and internationally.
Build and maintain relationships with key industry figures, partners, and stakeholders.
Travel and Event Coordination:Manage all travel logistics including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries for the founder.
Plan and coordinate events, from small executive meetings to large industry conferences.
Communication:Serve as the first point of contact for the founder, managing communications and correspondence.
Prepare presentations, briefings, and reports for internal and external meetings.
Administrative Excellence:Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Organize and maintain documents, schedules, and records.
