You will serve as a trusted source of expertise on Indian legislation, regulation, privacy, and corporate governance requirements.
The role combines regulatory monitoring, compliance oversight, risk management, audit support, and stakeholder advisory work.
You will collaborate with teams across HR, Finance, IT, Information Security, and operations to translate regulatory requirements into practical actions.
Your work will help identify compliance gaps, strengthen controls, and ensure obligations are clearly documented and effectively managed.

Accountabilities
Act as a key point of knowledge for Indian legislative, regulatory, privacy, and corporate governance requirements, providing practical guidance to stakeholders.
Monitor changes in Indian legislation and regulation, assess their potential business impact, and coordinate appropriate actions with relevant teams.
Maintain the India compliance obligations framework and regulatory calendar, ensuring requirements, ownership, actions, and supporting evidence remain accurate and up to date.
Support compliance with Indian data protection and privacy requirements, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act and associated rules.
Support corporate and company-secretarial compliance activities, including board and general meeting requirements, statutory filings, resolutions, registrations, licenses, and renewals.
