Accountabilities
Partner with finance leadership and business stakeholders to assess complex transactions and operationalize revenue recognition policies under ASC 606.
Research and document complex accounting matters by preparing technical accounting position papers, white papers, and policy memoranda.
Support accounting activities for the parent company and subsidiaries, including intercompany transactions, consolidation, and statutory compliance.
Strengthen SOX-related controls across revenue, financial close, and reporting processes by identifying control gaps and coordinating remediation with process owners.
Own technical journal entries, account reconciliations, and reporting deliverables throughout month-end and quarter-end close cycles.
Develop and maintain audit-ready documentation and act as a key point of conta
