Senior ServiceNow HRSD Developer / ConsultantAbout the Role
NexusCurve is looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow HRSD Developer / Consultant to design, develop, implement and enhance HR Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on ServiceNow HRSD development skills with a good understanding of HR processes, HR service delivery and business requirements. Experience integrating ServiceNow HRSD with SAP SuccessFactors is highly valued.
This is a senior role for someone who can contribute across solution design, development, integrations, workflow automation and stakeholder discussions.
What You'll Do
Design, configure, develop and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
Work with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Develop and maintain HR workflows, Flow Designer flows, business rules, scripts and automations.
Work with HRSD capabilities such as HR Case Management, Employee Center, HR Service Catalog and Lifecycle Events.




Design and support integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and SAP SuccessFactors / other HRIS platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub or other appropriate integration methods.
Provide guidance on HRSD solution design, configuration, implementation and ServiceNow best practices.
Understand HR processes such as employee onboarding, transfers, offboarding and other employee lifecycle processes.
Troubleshoot issues, support enhancements and contribute to continuous improvement of HRSD solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams, HR teams and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Prepare technical documentation and support testing, deployment and production activities.
What We're Looking For
8+ years of overall IT / ServiceNow experience, with solid hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
Hands-on experience with HR Case Management, Employe
