? Experience: 6 months to 1 year

? Shift: US Shift / Night Shift

Key Responsibilities
✅ Source, screen, and qualify IT professionals across multiple domains
✅ Work with W2, C2C, and 1099 employment types
✅ Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and networking channels
✅ Coordinate interviews, manage candidate submissions, and support offer negotiations
✅ Build strong relationships with consultants, clients, and vendors

What We’re Looking For
? 6 months to 1 year of US IT recruitment experience
? Good understanding of the US recruitment process




? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Experience working with direct clients or Tier 1 vendors is an advantage
? Comfortable working in night shifts
