Role Description This is a full time, on-site Human Resources role based in Bhiwadi, Khushkhera. The HR professional will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining personnel records, and supporting payroll and benefits administration. The role involves implementing and updating HR policies,



ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting fair and transparent HR practices. The HR team member will support performance management processes, coordinate training and development initiatives, and assist managers with workforce planning and employee relations. Additional responsibilities include organizing employee engagement activities, addressing HR-related queries, and collaborating with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience handling core HR functions.
Ability to develop, implement, and interpret HR Policies in alignment with legal and organizational requirements.
Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration, including coordination of benefits programs and employee queries.
