The position / About the Job:
In this job the Order Handler would be responsible for:
Key Tasks and responsibilities:
Order Handling
Preparation of Product Structures for Non standard modules based on BOM released by E&S; team.
Co-ordinate with E&S; or BU and our purchase team to get information on delivery of items for ongoing projects.
Prepare project plan for ongoing projects.
Take part in meetings, internal and external to discuss the project plan.
Study RFQ for new projects and take part in discussions on lead time and likely cost.
Planning
Study month plan and prepare shortages for each unit.
Discuss with BU and purchase team on critical shortages and follow up for the same.
Prepare packing lists for units in testing/ ready for dispatch after st
