We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who can build the hiring engine behind that growth. Someone who knows how to find exceptional talent, build strong hiring strategies,



lead a recruitment team, and make sure we’re not just filling positions — we’re building teams that can scale with us.
You’ll be hiring across creative, content, production, performance and operations from Video Editors, DOPs and Copywriters to Brand Strategists and operational roles.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Build and execute high-volume / mass hiring strategies as SocialChaat scales
Lead, mentor and drive the Talent Acquisition team
Develop creative ways to source exceptional talent across LinkedIn, Instagram, Naukri, referrals, institutes and other channels
Own hiring strategy for creative and D2C-focused roles
Build talent pipelines for roles across Video Editing, DOP, Copywriting, Design, Brand Strategy, Performance Marketing & Operations
Set hiring targets, track recruitment metrics and continuously improve TAT, quality of hire and conversion
Build relationships with creative institutes, talent communities and indus
