The Senior Manager, CSA Strategy plays a key role within the Commercial Systems Acceleration team, supporting pre-onboarding activities that prepare new products, commercial models, and capabilities for successful implementation on Thomson Reuters' strategic technology stack.
This role partners with Product, Revenue Operations, Finance, Customer-to-Cash, Architecture, and Technology teams to define commercial operating models, document business requirements, map future-state processes, identify capability gaps, and support onboarding readiness. The analyst helps translate complex business concepts into actionable requirements and implementation plans that enable scalable growth and operational excellence.

About the Role

Commercial Strategy & Pre-Onboarding Support
- Support Gate 1 activities by documenting commercial models, product structures, packaging strategies, pricing approaches, and customer journeys.
- Assist in evaluating current products and capabilities for onboarding to the strategic technology stack.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify business impacts,



dependencies, risks, and operational considerations.
- Support development of executive-ready materials, status reports, decision logs, and governance documentation.

Process Mapping & Business Requirements
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to document current-state and future-state processes.
- Create and maintain process maps, workflows, business requirements, and operational design documentation.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support the development and refinement of Azure DevOps epics and features.

Stakeholder Coordination
- Partner with Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, Customer Success, Architecture, and Technology teams to gather requirements and resolve open questions.
