Role : Sr. BD Executive–International Business for BIM, AEC & Engineering Consultancy Services
Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business across global AEC markets # Build relationships with engineering consultants, architects, contractors, developers, and EPC firms # Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and conversion # Drive market strategy, CRM reporting, and revenue growth
Qualifications & Experience
8–10 years in international sales / business development, ideally in engineering consulting, BIM, structural engineering, or AEC services # A proven track record of acquiring overseas clients and converting leads into revenue # Robust communication, negotiation, and proposal development skills# Bachelor's in Engineering/Architecture/Business (MBA a plus) # Willingness to travel internationally
