We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support B2B sales growth by identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and building a strong sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will be confident in outbound prospecting, comfortable engaging with business decision-makers, and capable of effectively qualifying opportunities based on defined sales criteria.
This role will work closely with Business Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to convert prospects into qualified meetings and create a consistent flow of opportunities for the sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential B2B customers across target industries, markets, and customer segments.
Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.




Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria, including ideal customer profile, business need, budget, decision-making authority, and purchase timeline.
Identify key decision-makers and map relevant stakeholders and buying personas within target accounts.
Engage prospects through personalized messaging and effectively communicate the value proposition.
Schedule qualified meetings and ensure a smooth handover of opportunities to Business Development or Sales Managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions, activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Collaborate with Marketing teams to follow up on campaigns, events, webinars, and inbound enquiries.
Track prospect engagement and continuously optimize outreach strategies based on response and conversion data.
