ABOUT THE ROLE





As an HR Experience Specialist, you will own key moments across the employee
lifecycle — from pre-onboarding and new hire integration to engagement,
communication, and exit management.

You will play a critical role in ensuring employees feel welcomed, connected,
informed, and engaged throughout their journey at Multiplier. This role requires
someone who is a strong communicator, highly organised, confident in working
with senior stakeholders, and thrives in a high-growth global startup
environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

ONBOARDING & EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE

* Own the end-to-end onboarding experience, from pre-onboarding connect through
the employee’s first 90 days.

* Lead New Hire Orientation and ensure new employees have a smooth transition
into the organisation.

* Drive Week 1 integration, including manager connects, goal setting, BambooHR
tasks, IT setup, and other onboarding requirements.

* Manage 30/60/90-day fee
