WHAT WILL I BE DOING?





* Leading the design, development, and delivery of large-scale, complex product
initiatives.

* Driving technical strategy and architectural decisions to scale our platform
and improve resilience, performance, and security.

* Partnering closely with product, design, and leadership teams to align
engineering efforts with business goals, ensuring customer delight and
measurable success.

* Mentoring and inspiring engineers across the team, fostering a culture of
learning, collaboration, and innovation.

* Spearheading efforts to implement engineering best practices, including
automated testing, CI/CD, and efficient code review processes.

* Identifying and solving high-impact technical challenges while influencing
engineering and product direction.

* Continuously exploring and advocating for new tools, frameworks, and
methodologies to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
