About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding key B2B client relationships, with a specific focus on Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and Urban Co-operative Banks. You will serve as the primary liaison between Radiant Acemoney and our strategic financial partners to ensure seamless service delivery, driving business retention and portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B corporate clients, NBFCs, and Urban Co-operative Banks.
Portfolio Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue and market share.
Issue Resolution: Act as the main point of contact for client queries, operational issues, and service escalations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal operations, risk,



and product teams to deliver tailored cash management and financial solutions to clients.
Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the NBFC and urban banking sectors to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in relationship management, B2B sales, or corporate account management within fintech, banking, NBFCs, or cash management services.
Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of NBFC operations, Urban Co-operative Banking networks, and B2B financial services.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Problem-Solving: Proven track record of managing corporate client relationships and handling complex accounts under minimal supervision.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).
