Position Description:
CGI is looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master with 8+ years of experience to work on strategic technology projects for one of the largest financial institutions in the United States. The successful candidate will work in a challenging and highly collaborative technical setting, gaining exposure to advanced tools, technologies, and enterprise technology platforms.
The Scrum Master will work closely with Agile delivery teams, Product Owners, stakeholders, and peer Scrum Masters to support Sprint and Release Planning, facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, improve team effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
The candidate should be self-driven, capable of working independently, and able to effectively manage multiple teams, projects, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
