Role Description The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and managing key customer relationships for Jay Box’s packaging and printing solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gujarat, India. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities,



building and maintaining relationships with clients, and presenting tailored packaging solutions that meet customer needs. The Sales Manager will prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and oversee the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. The role also involves coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and preparing regular sales forecasts and performance reports. The Sales Manager will support the development of sales strategies, participate in customer visits, and represent Jay Box at industry events as needed.
Qualifications
Strong sales, account management, and business development skills, with the ability to convert leads into long-term customers.
Experience in B2B sales, ideally within packaging, manufacturing, printing, or related industrial sectors.
