We’re looking for an Account & Project Coordinator to join our team and help manage the day-to-day flow of creative and social media projects.
You’ll work closely with clients, account leads, designers and content teams to make sure briefs are explicit, timelines are on track and projects move smoothly from start to finish.

What you'll do
Coordinate day-to-day communication with clients
Manage briefs, timelines, deliverables and approvals
Coordinate between clients, account leads, designers and content teams
Create and maintain content calendars and project trackers
Follow up on pending feedback, approvals and deliverables
Brief creative teams and ensure feedback is communicated clearly
Track projects from brief → execution → feedback → approval → delivery
Identify delays or bottlenecks and proactively resolve them
Support account leads with presentations, meetings, reports and day-to-day account management
Help keep multiple accounts and projects organised and moving





What we're looking for
2–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing or project coordination, preferably at a creative, digital or social media agency
Strong communication and organisational skills
Comfortable managing multiple clients and deadlines
Good understanding of social media and creative workflows
Strong attention to detail
Proactive and solution-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do

You don't need to be a designer or content creator, but you should understand how creative teams work and be able to translate client requirements into clear, actionable briefs.
