At Lane, this role puts you in charge of building our instructor partner network from the ground up: finding partners, vetting them, getting them live, and keeping the whole fleet active and 100% compliant. There's no playbook waiting for you — you'll be building the acquisition engine as you go. What You'll Own
? Partner Acquisition
Find and onboard high-quality instructor partners through field sourcing, referrals,



local networks, partnerships and creative acquisition channels.
Go beyond traditional recruitment tactics and continuously find new ways to grow partner acquisition.
Own weekly/monthly acquisition and activation targets.
? Instructor Assessment & Onboarding
Assess instructors for driving ability, communication, professionalism and fit with Lane.
Manage the complete onboarding journey — from first interaction to documentation, assessment, training and activation.
Ensure every instructor is fully ready before going live.
? Compliance & Fleet Operations
Own legal and regulatory compliance for the entire instructor fleet.
Ensure DL, RC, Insurance, PUC and other required documents are valid and renewed on time.
Maintain accurate compliance records and proactively prevent expired documents from affecting operations.
Coordinate with instructors to close compliance gaps quickly.
