Technical Support Engineer
Experience
3–5 years of relevant experience in Technical Support, IT Support, or Post-Production Support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for audio and video production.
Provide day-to-day IT support to users.
Troubleshoot and resolve software and technical issues.
Support production teams with audio/video-related technical problems.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and related systems.
Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve complex issues.
Technical Skills
The candidate should have good working knowledge of:
Avid Pro Tools
Cubase
Adobe Premiere Pro
DaVinci Resolve
Audio & Video Technical Support
IT Support
Required Skills
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work independently and with different teams.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced production environment.
