We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Automation Quality Engineer with hands-on experience in quality assurance and test automation, specifically within a Java-based ecosystem, React UI, and Oracle backend. This role requires an engineer/ lead who can architect, implement, and optimize comprehensive automation strategies across these platforms, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, robust, and scalable software test solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a good technical understanding of test automation frameworks, Core Java programming, CI/CD pipelines, and basic cloud environments.

Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership qualities, with proven experience mentoring engineers and fostering a collaborative team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Framework Architecture & Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable, robust, and efficient test automation frameworks for functional, regression, and security testing, covering React UIs, Java APIs, and Oracle backend services.
