Operational Service Delivery
Lead and manage day-to-day Travel America Procurement Operations activities across multiple business entities and locations.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of:
Purchase Order creation
Purchase Order amendments and change management
Purchase Order closure
Invoice exception and resolution management
Supplier and business query resolution




Expediting and order follow-up activities
Act as the primary critical issue point for complex transactional and operational procurement issues.
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), operational controls, and procurement policies.
Provide proactive monitoring of transactional pipelines to ensure workload prioritisation and delivery excellence
People Leadership
Lead, coach and develop a team of procurement professionals operating across Travel America procurement services.
Create a culture of accountability, inclusion, continuous improvement and high performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews, talent discussions, succession planning and development planning.
Drive employee engagement, capability building and cross-skilling initiatives.
Ensure adequate business continuity, shift coverage and resource planning across service delivery activities
